My daughter had to take her vehicle in due to a check engine light and everyone she spoke with was so very professional and helped this parent feel better ( :-) ) about the problems and her safety. This establishment is the best automotive repair shop in oxford. Customer service is top notch and prices are proportionate to work. I take all of my families vehicles here and have never been disappointed. Work is done in a timely manner and all repairs are explained in-depth. 5/5

Jake and his team are honest, professional, and highly competent. I trust Oxford Auto with both of our cars and have come to depend on family-style customer service and dependably fast and thorough service. In particular, Jake's background as a Honda master mechanic gives me faith that he'll take the right steps in working with our Hondas, given there is no Honda dealership in the area.

These guys are the best in town! We've been using them for years for all sorts of work on our Land Rover. They're courteous, patient with questions and tenacious about following up to make sure they've got the repair done correctly. Jake and his staff are the pros.
